UX RESEARCH
UX Research for Crossed Design, a Design Thinking led innovation consultancy. They love working at the intersection of Design, Strategy, and Technology and facilitate clients in using design strategies and thinking skills to create and design innovative products and meaningful experiences and services.

During the internship, I was asked to participate in a project by Google to decode the perception of Youtube ads and behavior, through an immersive and detailed user study among urban societies in India. As the intern,
I extensively participated in all the stages of primary and secondary research and helped in strategizing and empathy mapping with the team.
