INSIGHT ON MY CREATIVE PROCESS

I believe context is key when it comes to photography, to make our message clear to our audience. Accordingly, when I approach any brief, I always try to build a mental picture of the kind of imagery that I need to portray through props, colours, and the kind of jewellery to be used.

The raw uncut stone jewellery in this image, with a mix of sunshine, tropical leaves and marble texture binds a perfect story for accessorizing during a summer getaway. The muted colours in the background help to bring out the beauty of the jewellery while the greens of leaf serve a pop of colour.
